If a package is returned to the sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, or if delivery is unsuccessful, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs or handling fees.

If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing error, or is the wrong item due to a printing mistake, we are happy to help.

• You must report the issue within 15 days of receiving the product.
• Please send us a clear photo or video showing the issue. You do not need to ship the physical item back to us.
• Once verified, we will arrange for a free replacement reprint or a refund.

Because all of our items are custom-printed and made-to-order just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selections, or color changes. Please check our sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
